Our guests can expect the very best service when they stay at Motueka River Lodge.  The Lodge is already beautifully designed and furnished but if you wish for something specific, and its within our power, we’ll do our best to grant that wish on your special escape to paradise! We can’t promise to have a bellbird outside your window every morning but pretty much anything else is possible!

Our peak season is between December and May so our services may be modified slightly in the shoulder season between September and November.
Please note that The Lodge is closed during the Winter months from 1 June to 31 August

The LODGE KITCHEN

The Motueka River Lodge offers an array of dining to suit our guests' needs as we understand that when you are travelling, you may want to vary your evening dining options. Breakfast is included in your daily tariff. The breakfast-only option suits those wishing to explore our region’s reputable restaurants and vineyards. However, you may wish to maximise your time at the lodge so we offer additional in-house dining options that are customised to each guest’s needs. Our organic vegetable gardens and orchards, wine produced from our boutique vineyard and locally sourced produce make dining at The Lodge a great way to end the day. When Chere is in residence (she holds a Diploma from the Alain Ducasse Ecole in France) she is your resident chef or, in her absence, we can arrange for a visiting chef depending on your requirements. In addition, we also have relationships with local restaurants in the area that offer further dining options. Please enquire at check in for further information.
