PAYMENT POLICY
We require full payment to secure your booking at time of confirmation unless an alternative arrangement has been made.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to our intimate size, any cancellation affects us significantly. As a result, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
• If the booking is cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total accommodation amount will be charged.
• If the booking is cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total accommodation amount will be charged.
• However, between the dates of 20 December – 31 January, if the booking is cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total accommodation amount will be charged. Every effort will be used to re-book the room and, if successful, you will be reimbursed the amount owed, less any incurred expenses.
• If a guest is a “no show”, 100% of the total accommodation amount will be charged.

We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
